You MUST NOT park your vehicle where it would get in the way of trams or where it would force other drivers to do so. Do not stop on any part of a tram track, except in a designated bay where this has been provided alongside and clear of the track. When doing so, ensure that all parts of your vehicle are outside the delineated tram path. Remember that a tram cannot steer round an obstruction.

PROHIBITED ACTIONS
No Stopping on Tracks
Drivers must not stop on any part of a tram track at any time , except in very specific designated areas .
Avoid Indirect Obstructions
You are prohibited from parking in a way that forces other drivers to block or move onto the tram tracks .
CORRECT PARKING PROCEDURES
FIXED - PATH LIMITATION
Trams fellow a fixed rail system and cannot steer around your vehicle if it is obstructing their path .
Identify Designated Bays
Only stop in bays specifically provided alongside the tracks that are clearly marked as being clear of the tram's path .
LEGAL FRAMEWORK

When using a bay , ensure every part of the vehicle ( including mirrors and bumpers ) is completely outside the marked tram boundary .
