Animals. When passing animals, drive slowly. Give them plenty of room and be ready to stop. Do not scare animals by sounding your horn, revving your engine or accelerating rapidly once you have passed them. Look out for animals being led, driven or ridden on the road and take extra care. Keep your speed down at bends and on narrow country roads. If a road is blocked by a herd of animals, stop and switch off your engine until they have left the road. Watch out for animals on unfenced roads.

APPROACHING & PASSING ANIMALS
Reduce Speed and Give Space
When passing animals , drive slowly and ensure you give them plenty of room to move without feeling crowded .
Prepare for a Full Stop
Always be ready to stop your vehicle completely if the animal's behavior becomes unpredictable or the path is blocked .
Exercise Extra Care for Managed Animals
Be especially vigilant for animals that are being led , driven in a group , or ridden by a person .
NOISE CONTROL & BEHAVIOR
Avoid Startling Behaviors
Do not use your horn , rev your engine , or accelerate rapidly , as these actions can cause animals to panic .
Maintain Composure After Passing
Continue to drive steadily and quietly even after you have passed the animals ; do not speed away immediately .
NAVIGATING SPECIFIC ROAD CONDITIONS
Narrow Roads and Bends
Keep your speed significantly lower on narrow country roads and when approaching bends where animals may be hidden from view .
Handiing Roadblocks and Herds
If a herd of animals blocks the road , you must stop and switch off your engine entirely until they have cleared the path .
Unfenced Road Vigilance
Stay alert for roaming animals on roads that lack fencing , as they may enter the carriageway without warning .
